Job Title: Part-Time Shift Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Part-Time Shift Lead to join our team at Bramalea City Centre. As a Part-Time Shift Lead, you will be responsible for leading our team to success by ensuring all functions relating to merchandising, customer service, and general shop operations are performed efficiently and to the policies and guidelines of the company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the team to achieve sales and customer service goals
  • Ensure all functions relating to merchandising, customer service, and general shop operations are performed efficiently
  • Work with the Shop Management to ensure all policies and guidelines are followed
  • Guide the staff to provide a great customer experience
  • Drive sales and work in a team environment
Requirements:
  • Passion for chocolate and leadership experience in a fast-paced retail/hospitality industry
  • Self-motivated and driven for results, enthusiastic about selling a quality product
  • Dedicated to providing a great customer experience
  • Energetic and enjoy meeting new people
  • Excited about working with a team and building a career and growing within Purdys Chocolatier
