Job Summary

We are seeking a Product Line Growth Specialist to join our team at Brandt. This is a key role that requires strong leadership and management skills, with a focus on driving sales and margin growth for our undercarriage and ground engaging products.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing strategies and implementing annual business plans to achieve sales and margin growth objectives. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to execute customer programs, develop vendor relationships, and analyze market trends.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive strategies to drive sales and margin growth for assigned product lines
  • Collaborate with CSAs, Parts Managers, and other stakeholders to execute customer programs and meet sales targets
  • Analyze sales and margin data to identify opportunities for improvement and develop action plans to address any issues
  • Manage vendor relationships to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products and services
  • Provide coaching, support, and education to CSAs on applicable products and services

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in driving sales and margin growth
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized with ability to work well under time pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously

What We Offer

Brandt offers a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
