Key Responsibilities- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems to streamline the hiring process and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new employees.
- Manage pre-hire checks, including COI and GTC, and follow up on delayed or unclear outcomes.
- Collect and verify onboarding documentation from candidates via Workday and email.
- Support the Head of HR with onboarding tasks, including checklists and follow-ups.
- Liaise with Boeing departments to request security badges, payroll documentation, IT equipment, and HR support for first-day training and inductions.
- Problem-solve for out-of-cycle events, such as internal candidate moves due to redundancy, and provide manual intervention as needed.
- Partner with hiring managers, internal and external candidates, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless onboarding and high-touch relationships.
- Meet and exceed KPI targets, including time to onboard, user experience, and acceptance rate.
- Contribute to process improvement ideas and participate in initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Logical and efficient, with keen attention to detail.
