Job Title: Healthcare Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:
  • Source and recruit qualified candidates for healthcare positions
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet business needs
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to identify top candidates
  • Manage candidate relationships and ensure a positive candidate experience
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs
  • Develop and maintain a strong network of healthcare professionals and organizations
Requirements:
  • Post-secondary education in a related field (e.g. healthcare, human resources)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field
  • Proven track record of successful recruitment and hiring
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
