We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Concierge to join our team at Tricon Residential.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional service and building meaningful relationships with our residents.


The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a high level of service, anticipating resident requests, and maintaining a safe and secure environment.


Key Responsibilities



  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, vendors, and team members.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to resident inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Anticipate and meet resident needs, ensuring their experience is enhanced and exceeded.
  • Maintain a high standard of personal hygiene and professional appearance, representing the community positively.
  • Monitor CCTV systems and control access to the building, ensuring security and safety protocols are followed.
  • Promote Parcel Pending services and support a positive, professional environment.

Qualifications and Requirements


To be successful in this role, you will require:



  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and relationship skills.
  • A high degree of initiative, agility, creativity, and flexibility.
  • High self-motivation and ability to work independently.
  • Ability to work with a diverse group of people, being culturally aware and sensitive.
  • Strong command of the English language, both written and verbal.
  • Prior concierge experience is an asset.
  • 2+ years of experience in the hospitality industry.
