About the Role:
We are seeking a charismatic and knowledgeable Tour Ambassador to join our team at SilvertonCasino. As a Tour Ambassador, you will be the face of our company, interacting with visitors from all over the world and showcasing the rich history and culture of the Stockyards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guest Experience:
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring every visitor has a memorable experience.
- Act as a brand ambassador, reflecting the company values and aesthetic.
- Stay up-to-date on Stockyards events and attractions, promoting them to visitors.
- Share knowledge and insights with visitors, demonstrating a deep understanding of the area's history and culture.
- Operations:
- Partner with team members to achieve goals and uphold company policies.
- Deliver accurate and engaging historical information on daily walking tours.
- Announce the 11:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Cattle Drives to the public.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A deep love for the western lifestyle and a modern twist in the most beloved area of Fort Worth.
- Background in history.
- Knowledge of the Fort Worth Stockyards.
- Flexible schedule.
- Second language is a plus.
