Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.

Job Description

The Technical Services Manager - Ruminant plays a vital role in our Sales team based out of our Canada - Saskatchewan site. This position supports the achievement of budgeted corporate and regional sales and gross margin goals. The incumbent will provide technical service, training, and sales support to drive the sales growth of Phibro Animal Health beef and dairy product portfolio. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and providing product, marketing, and technical training for the sales team and customers.
  • Providing technical support for customers, key influencers, and end users.
  • Participating in the preparation of sales support materials.
  • Designing and implementing research and demonstration trials to support and expand sales of existing products.
  • Publishing research trial results in scientific literature, conference proceedings, and industry magazines.
  • Communicating evolving issues/trends and their potential impact within the beef and relevant agriculture/protein industries.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of two years of industry experience in a technical support role with primary expertise in beef cattle nutrition and management.
  • Familiarity with the basic principles of beef and dairy economics and the ability to make connections between product science and business.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strategic customer relationships and handle multiple priorities in a self-directed manner.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Location and Work Schedule

This position is located in Canada - Saskatchewan and requires a standard work schedule from Monday to Friday.
