About the Role

As a Banking Advisor at National Bank, you will have the opportunity to live your ambitions and make a positive impact on the lives of your clients and colleagues. This versatile and varied role allows you to explore different aspects of banking and develop a deep understanding of our clients' needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet clients and provide assistance with inquiries.
  • Help clients navigate our banking applications and ATMs.
  • Listen to clients' needs and resolve complex situations.
  • Offer transaction solutions and advice for Personal Banking clients.
  • Build lasting business relationships with clients.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and engagement.
  • Refer clients to specialist colleagues for specific needs.
  • Maintain adherence to compliance and risk management rules.
Branch Environment

The branch is open one evening per week, offering flexibility in scheduling. This role reports to the Customer Service Branch Manager or the Branch Manager.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need a college diploma (DEC) or equivalent, customer service experience, an inclusive attitude, and openness to diversity. You should also have a positive attitude and empathy for clients, as well as an interest in technology and the ability to share knowledge.

Language Requirements

The primary language for this role is French.
