Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Manager to join our team at NBC. As a key member of our branch operations, you will be responsible for leading a team of representatives in providing exceptional customer service and promoting our bank's products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guide and coach the team in identifying clients' financial needs and promoting our products and services.
  • Support the team in achieving their objectives and provide guidance on work methods and service development techniques.
  • Manage complaints and develop action plans to improve client satisfaction.
  • Work with the Branch Manager to ensure the branch's operational activities are carried out efficiently.

Requirements:

  • College diploma and four to six years of experience, depending on position level.
  • Experience in personnel management and coaching.
  • Experience in business development and customer service.
