We are seeking a highly skilled and ambitious Senior Financial Planning Professional to join our team at Royal Bank of Canada. As an integral member, you will play a key role in managing and growing a portfolio of mass affluent clients, providing comprehensive financial planning advice, and fostering long-term relationships through superior advice and services.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year

Your Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized financial planning advice and help clients achieve their goals using our array of investment, credit, and banking solutions.
  • Maintain and grow your portfolio of clients using value-based relationship management practices, achieving performance targets.
  • Cultivate relationships with service partners and local markets to optimize business opportunities and referrals.

Requirements:

  • Financial Planning Designation (IPF)
  • Mutual Funds License (IFIC or CSC)
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in financial planning
  • Proven networking and client acquisition skills
  • Ability to develop a strong referral network
  • Bilingualism (English and French) required, as you will regularly serve clients with English and French-speaking needs.
