Job Summary

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Sussex Insurance. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events
  • Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Answer telephone calls and relay messages
  • Compile data, statistics, and other information
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Permanent employment
  • English language proficiency
  • 40 hours per week
