Job Description:
We are seeking a Restaurant Team Lead to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading and developing a high-performing team of restaurant staff.

About the Role:
As a Restaurant Team Lead, you will oversee daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. You will lead by example, demonstrating a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence in all aspects of your role. Your ability to motivate and develop your team members will be critical in driving business results and creating a positive work culture.

Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily restaurant operations, including managing cash handling, inventory, and labor costs
* Lead and develop a high-performing team of restaurant staff, providing coaching, feedback, and development opportunities
* Ensure exceptional customer service, responding to customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
* Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to health and safety standards
* Analyze sales data and implement strategies to drive business growth and improve profitability

Requirements:
* 7 months to less than 1 year of experience as a Restaurant Manager or equivalent role
* College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make informed decisions
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines
