Culinary Team Lead

Nai Restaurant is seeking a skilled Culinary Team Lead to oversee the daily operations of our kitchen. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced chef to lead a team, develop new recipes, and ensure high-quality food service.
About the RoleWe are looking for a motivated and organized individual with 3 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of food costs, inventory management, and menu planning.

Key Responsibilities- Maintain accurate records of food costs, consumption, sales, and inventory.
- Develop and implement new recipes to enhance our menu offerings.
- Train and supervise cooks, ensuring they adhere to quality standards and safety protocols.
- Plan menus, considering seasonal ingredients, customer preferences, and dietary restrictions.
- Prepare and cook complete meals, specialty foods, and desserts for special events and banquets.
- Recruit, train, and lead a diverse team of culinary professionals.
- 3-5 years of experience as a chef or culinary team lead in a restaurant setting.
- Diploma or certificate in a related field (culinary arts, hospitality, etc.).
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Excellent problem-solving and time management skills, with attention to detail and a focus on quality.
