Food Service Team Lead

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Pilot Sound Grill and Chill. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our food service operations.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and provide guidance on how to maintain high standards of customer service.
- Inventory Management: Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Reporting and Administration: Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and customer feedback.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a food service environment.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
