Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Store Operations Manager to join our team at Shelby Inc. As a Store Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our gas station, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our business runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Management
    • Direct and control daily operations to ensure seamless customer service and efficient business processes.
    • Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
  • Staff Management
    • Manage a team of 5-10 staff members, including recruiting, hiring, and supervising.
    • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to staff members.
  • Marketing and Sales
    • Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and customer engagement.
    • Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand and competitor activity.
  • Financial Management
    • Plan and manage budgets to ensure financial stability and growth.
    • Monitor revenues and expenses to identify areas for cost reduction.
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure that customers receive exceptional service and that their needs are met.
    • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Experience
    • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a retail business or gas station management role.
  • Skills
    • Strong leadership and management skills.
    • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly.
