Key Responsibilities- Direct and control daily operations to ensure efficient and effective store performance.
- Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
- Plan and organize daily operations to meet business objectives.
- Manage staff and assign duties to ensure adequate coverage and productivity.
- Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand and competitor activity.
- Determine merchandise and services to be sold, and implement pricing and credit policies.
- Locate, select, and procure merchandise for resale.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and customer engagement.
- Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses to ensure financial stability.
- Resolve issues that may arise, including customer complaints and supply shortages.
- Recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers.
- Oversee payroll administration and conduct performance reviews.
- 5-10 years of experience in retail or gas bar management.
- Proven track record of success in managing staff and driving business growth.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
