About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of Department Managers to achieve sales and profit targets
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty
  • Ensure compliance with McDonald's quality, service, and cleanliness standards
  • Manage and develop a team of managers and crew members
  • Participate in local events and community initiatives
