Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Wendy's Restaurant. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, including managing staff, inventory, and customer satisfaction.
About the JobThis is a permanent full-time position with an estimated salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits. The successful candidate will have a strong background in food service management and excellent leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities- Manage daily restaurant operations, including staff supervision, inventory control, and customer service.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve sales, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching to ensure employees meet expectations.
- Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and cleanliness in the restaurant.
- Collaborate with other department managers to achieve business objectives.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a senior management role in the food service industry.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- The ability to work well under pressure and make sound decisions quickly.
- A strong understanding of inventory management and cost control.
- A high school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset.
