Meta Cannabis Co. is seeking an accomplished Transformational Director, Strategic Growth Initiatives to lead high-impact initiatives across the organization.

This role will focus on the seamless integration of mergers and acquisitions, spearheading strategic projects, and overseeing the Shared Services and Contracts Office in our corporate office to drive organizational efficiency and excellence.

The successful candidate will be a pivotal member of the leadership team, working at the intersection of strategy, operations, and execution to advance Meta Cannabis Co.'s business objectives.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead the end-to-end integration of acquired businesses, ensuring alignment with Meta Cannabis Co.'s operational and strategic goals.
  • Conduct thorough financial, operational, and cultural due diligence to identify synergies, challenges, and opportunities within potential acquisitions.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to provide detailed assessments of M&A initiatives, including operational impacts, cost savings, and redundancies.

Shared Services and Contracts Office Management:

  • Direct and oversee the Shared Services and Contracts Office, ensuring efficient utilization of shared resources across the organization.
  • Negotiate, manage, and optimize contracts, ensuring alignment with company goals and compliance with legal and financial standards.
  • Monitor and evaluate shared services performance, introducing improvements that add value and support scalability.

Strategic Project Leadership:

  • Serve as the lead for high-priority strategic projects, from conceptualization to execution, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Partner with internal teams and external stakeholders to develop innovative solutions to complex business challenges.
  • Prepare detailed project deliverables, including feasibility studies, financial models, and impact assessments.
  • Drive the development of methodologies and frameworks for project execution, ensuring consistent success and measurable results.
Requirements
  • At least 5 – 7 years of experience in project management, corporate strategy, or a related field, with proven expertise in business integration and M&A processes.
  • Demonstrated success in managing shared services and contract negotiations.
  • Previous experience in retail, distribution, or corporate development roles is highly desirable.

Compensation Package: The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
