Global Sales Development Professional

As a Global Sales Development Professional at EightSix Network, you will play a vital role in driving sales growth and developing strategic relationships with retailers and dealers across assigned territories. This is an excellent opportunity to leverage your sales expertise, build strong customer connections, and contribute to the company's success.
About the Role
This position requires a highly motivated and results-driven individual who can effectively communicate with customers, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions. You will be responsible for managing displays, samples, and selling tools, as well as analyzing sales reports to identify opportunities for growth. Your ability to work independently and within a team environment will be essential in achieving sales targets and exceeding expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and potential customers
- Provide product knowledge and training to store personnel to ensure effective presentation and negotiation skills
- Understand market competition and positioning of products to overcome these factors
- Manage displays, samples, and selling tools for customer availability
- Analyze sales reports to identify sales potential with current and potential new customers
- Utilize marketing tools such as catalogs, brochures, and vendor collateral to broaden reach and promote company products
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Two plus years' experience in channel distribution sales
- Minimum of 2 years of related industry experience; natural stone, tile, or hard flooring industries
- Strong math skills to calculate figures and amounts
- Ability to determine solutions for customers
- Results-oriented and able to work both independently and within a team environment
- Intermediate computer proficiency
- Valid driver's license
Estimated Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
