At Manulife, we're looking for highly motivated and bilingual sales professionals to join our team as Insurance Sales Advisors. If you have a valid LLQP license or the right skills to obtain this requirement before your start date, we'd love to hear from you

We're offering a competitive compensation package including a base salary of $55,000-$65,000 per year, depending on local market conditions, geography, and relevant job-related factors. You'll also have the opportunity to participate in incentive programs and earn additional income tied to business and individual performance.

Job Description

As an Insurance Sales Advisor, you'll be responsible for selling Health & Dental, Travel, and Life Insurance products to clients. Your duties will include handling inbound calls from new clients, making outbound calls to clients who have expressed interest in discussing our options, assisting clients through online chats and other digital channels, providing advice and discovering client needs, accurately recording needs analysis and client information, meeting sales, quality, and compliance measures, building rapport with clients, supporting marketing campaigns, and being the voice of the customer by sharing feedback with the greater team.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bilingual is required (French/English) - The successful candidate will be required to communicate in English and French to support clients from various jurisdictions outside of Quebec.
  • Excellent communication and active listening skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM tools is an asset.
  • Post-secondary degree or equivalent business experience is strongly considered.
