About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Sales & Leasing Consultant to join our team at Prima Mazda, part of Zanchin Automotive Group. As a Sales & Leasing Consultant, you will be responsible for selling vehicles and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sell vehicles to achieve volume and gross profit targets
  • Act as the liaison between the dealership and the customer during the purchasing process
  • Create and deliver compelling sales pitches
  • Listen to customers to understand their vehicle needs and wants
  • Present and describe vehicle specifications, features, benefits, and pricing
  • Perform vehicle road test-drives with customers
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of proven experience as a successful sales professional, preferably in the automotive industry
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to have meaningful conversations
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g. CDK/Reynolds) and Customer Relationship Management Systems (e.g. OneEighty, DealerTrack)
  • OMVIC license in good standing and a clean driver's abstract
  • Ability to perform basic math calculations and adapt to a changing environment
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
