Job Title: Sales Consultant

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our team at AWIN Group of Dealerships. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for selling and leasing new and pre-owned vehicles to our customers, while providing exceptional customer service and meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Qualify leads and convert them into sales, while meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and market trends to provide expert advice to customers.
  • Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales goals and objectives.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid Ontario G Driver's Licence.
  • Clear Driver's Abstract.
  • Valid OMVIC registration.
  • Strong business acumen and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
