Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Guest Experience Supervisor to join our team at Civic Hotel, Autograph Collection. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the day-to-day function of the Front Office, including the Concierge, Switchboard, and Front Desk.

Key Responsibilities:
- Leads by example and supervises daily operations with shift rotational work at the Front Desk
- Handles guest comments and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborates with the Housekeeping Manager to ensure pre-arrival requirements are met
- Works in conjunction with hotel security officers to respond to disturbances and ensure overall safety and security

Requirements:
- A degree in Hotel & Restaurant Management or Hospitality
- Minimum 2 years of previous supervisory or management capacity in the Front Office division of a boutique or luxury hotel setting
- Extensive knowledge of Front Office policies and procedures
- Proficiency in computer applications such as MS Office and Google applications
