Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Office Coordinator to join our team at Nita Sihota Personal Real Estate Corporation. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy providing exceptional customer service and working in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to multitask with ease. They will also possess strong problem-solving skills and be able to work well under pressure.

Salary: The estimated salary for this position is between $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet clients and visitors, provide directions, and answer phone calls in a professional manner.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and faxes.
  • Coordinate appointments and schedule meetings.
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry, filing, and other tasks as needed.
  • Operate the switchboard or telephone system to direct calls and messages.
  • Record and relay information accurately and efficiently.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments, including sending reminders and notifications.
  • Send invoices and perform other clerical duties as required.

Requirements

  • Diploma or certificate in a related field (e.g. business administration, office management).
  • 1-2 years of experience in a front office or administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
