Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Desk Coordinator to join our team at Big Feet. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing front desk operations, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service: Greet clients and visitors, provide information, and direct them to the appropriate contacts or service areas.
  • Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk, order office supplies, and maintain work records and logs.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and schedule appointments.

Requirements

  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Will train.

Working Conditions

This is a permanent position with 35 hours of work per week. The language of work is English.
