We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Contaminated Sites professional to join our team as a Senior Specialist, Environmental Assessment and Remediation. You will bring your expertise in site assessment, investigations, and remediation to work on a variety of complex and challenging projects across Canada and internationally.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain key client relationships and support the growth of the team and business.
- Direct and perform highly complex or specialized aspects of the work, leading project managers and overseeing projects involving multiple service areas and subcontracts, as well as stakeholder, client, and/or schedule challenges.
- Provide expert support and advice within and outside of the organization.
- Mentor and develop staff.
- Recognized as an expert in environmental investigations and remediation with a dedication to and passion for your discipline.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in contaminated sites.
- Expert understanding of contaminated sites regulatory requirements.
- Hold or eligible for a standards-based CSAP designation or Contaminated Site QP.
- Experience within land development, mining, and/or transportation is an asset.
- Consulting acumen, including an entrepreneurial spirit, strong self-direction, and overarching belief in client satisfaction.
- Strong people skills and an ability to work in a team environment.
- Experience in leading, mentoring, and training staff.
- Proven verbal and written communication skills.
