About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Environmental Remediation Specialist to join our Remediation Program Management team at WSP Canada. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for formulating and implementing environmental remediation plans, collaborating with clients and stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement environmental remediation plans, including site characterization, risk assessment, and remediation design
  • Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure effective communication and project delivery
  • Conduct site visits, collect and analyze data, and prepare reports to support remediation planning and implementation
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and WSP Canada's policies and procedures
  • Participate in project planning, budgeting, and scheduling to ensure timely and within-budget project delivery
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, or a related field
  • 3-6 years of experience in environmental remediation, sustainability, or a related field
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
