Position Overview
As a Commercial Account Manager at Shaw, you will focus on developing and maintaining relationships with commercial clients in the Montreal area. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with architects, designers, and end-users to understand their needs and preferences.
- Providing expert advice and guidance on commercial flooring solutions to ensure that clients' projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to pursue them.
- Working closely with the sales team to ensure that all sales goals and objectives are met.
- Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of Shaw's commercial flooring products and services.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Provide expert advice and guidance on commercial flooring solutions to clients.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive sales growth.
Work closely with the sales team to ensure that all sales goals and objectives are met.
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Shaw's commercial flooring products and services.
