Position Overview

As a Commercial Account Manager at Shaw, you will focus on developing and maintaining relationships with commercial clients in the Montreal area. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with architects, designers, and end-users to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Providing expert advice and guidance on commercial flooring solutions to ensure that clients' projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to pursue them.
  • Working closely with the sales team to ensure that all sales goals and objectives are met.
  • Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of Shaw's commercial flooring products and services.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Provide expert advice and guidance on commercial flooring solutions to clients.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive sales growth.

  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure that all sales goals and objectives are met.

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Shaw's commercial flooring products and services.
