About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, deploy, and optimize advanced transportation networks in communities across Canada.
  • Consult on complex transportation services and convert that work into long-term revenue growth.
  • Act as a trusted advisor and consultant to our partners, helping them convert ideas and community needs into revenue opportunities.
  • Contribute to strategic decision-making, project planning, and an entrepreneurial approach to ensure Via solutions succeed in a given city.
  • Deliver insightful analysis from large data quantities produced from our platform, helping executives understand mobility, demographic, and sustainability trends.
  • Negotiate complex partnership agreements between Via and public agencies.

Requirements

  • Minimum 7+ years of client-facing experience in consulting, customer success, or success at a high-growth company.
  • Familiarity with fast-paced environments, adaptability to setbacks, and ability to take on high responsibility.
  • Eagerness to take on leadership roles, grow quickly, and remain calm in complex situations.
  • Quantitative skills, data savvy, and ability to ask critical questions and synthesize data into recommendations.
  • Reliable, motivated self-starter with a growth mentality, excellent team player, and mentorship skills.
