We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Deerhurst Resort. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the kitchen and ensuring the highest quality of food and service.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
- Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food
- Order supplies and equipment
- Supervise kitchen staff and helpers
- Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
- Clean kitchen and work areas
- Organize buffets and banquets
- Manage kitchen operations
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience
- Excellent oral communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
