As a key member of the Individual Insurance product team, the Marketing Actuary will drive the strategic positioning of Individual L&H product portfolio to strengthen RBCI's leadership position.

• Drive profitable growth of L&H portfolio by identifying opportunities to strengthen value proposition

• Partner with Sales & Distribution to enable effective positioning of our Life & Health product portfolio, with a focus on Participating Whole Life

• Develop content and tools to differentiate our product portfolio and bring added value to advisor conversations

• Partner with internal stakeholders to exceed advisor and client experience

• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements

• Minimum 10 years industry experience with strong knowledge of insurance concepts

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Investment knowledge of PAR portfolios and thought leadership on competitive differentiation

• Actuarial designation
