Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Blind Fabrication Specialist to join our team at Novo Blinds. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for fabricating and assembling high-quality venetian blinds.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and prepare work areas to ensure a safe and efficient production environment.
  • Inspect manufactured items for defects and conformance to specifications.
  • Operate machinery to fabricate parts and products, including sanding, trimming, and grinding.
  • Assemble parts and components to form final products using various techniques such as screwing, clipping, gluing, bonding, and welding.
  • Cut, shape, and fit materials to form parts and components.
Requirements
  • Attention to detail and ability to work accurately.
  • Organized and reliable with a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Will train and learn new skills.
Working Conditions

This is a permanent position working 30 hours per week. The language of work is English.
