About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sous Chef to join our team at Caesar's Banquet Hall. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for assisting the Executive Chef in the preparation and presentation of meals for our events and banquets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Executive Chef in menu planning and preparation
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure high-quality food presentation and service
  • Develop and implement new recipes and cooking techniques
  • Ensure efficient kitchen operations and maintain a clean and safe working environment
  • Collaborate with the events team to ensure seamless execution of banquets and events
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of Italian cuisine and cooking techniques
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
  • Dependability, initiative, and a team player attitude
