Director of Technology Operations

At TechInsights, we're seeking a seasoned leader to oversee our Technology Teams. As the Director of Technology Teams, you'll be responsible for driving continuous improvement, recommending enhancements to tools, methods, systems, and processes to optimize engineering value and drive efficiencies.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee Technology Teams' deliverables and process workflows, ensuring optimization of engineering resources and meeting delivery targets.
- Collaborate with Product Management and Development teams to support future Product Roadmaps.
- Build, lead, and manage engineering unit leaders by communicating strategic objectives and providing clear direction.
- Ensure Technology Teams are appropriately staffed to meet current and future business needs.
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in a similar role within a technology-focused organization.
- Experience in the Semiconductor industry preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, or related field.
- Competitive salary range: $163,000 - $183,000 CAD.
