About the Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Client Services Coordinator to join our team at Shannex Incorporated. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess and plan client care needs, ensuring individualized attention and support.
  • Supervise and oversee the provision of health services, ensuring quality and safety standards are met.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective care plans.
  • Meet client personal needs, including administering medications and documenting care.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care delivery.
About You

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate individual with a strong background in healthcare. As a Client Services Coordinator, you will possess:

  • LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) certification.
  • Pharmacology and Physical Assessment course completion.
  • Minimum one year of experience in healthcare, preferably in long-term care or senior living environments.
  • Current CPR and Emergency First Aid certification.
