Client Services Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Client Services Coordinator to join our team at Shannex Incorporated. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents.
Key Responsibilities:- Assess and plan client care needs, ensuring individualized attention and support.
- Supervise and oversee the provision of health services, ensuring quality and safety standards are met.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective care plans.
- Meet client personal needs, including administering medications and documenting care.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care delivery.
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate individual with a strong background in healthcare. As a Client Services Coordinator, you will possess:
- LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) certification.
- Pharmacology and Physical Assessment course completion.
- Minimum one year of experience in healthcare, preferably in long-term care or senior living environments.
- Current CPR and Emergency First Aid certification.
