Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Commercial Property Manager to oversee the maintenance, upkeep, and growth of our commercial properties. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Negotiate leases and manage property services, including maintenance and repairs.
  • Oversee a team of support staff and ensure they have the necessary tools and resources to perform their duties effectively.
  • Monitor expenses and income, preparing reports for management as needed.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and tenants, responding promptly to their inquiries and concerns.
Requirements:
  • College/CEGEP education in a relevant field, such as business or real estate.
  • At least 7 months of experience in property management, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
