Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Property Management Specialist to join our team at Farhi Holdings Corporation. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Negotiate or approve rental or lease agreements on behalf of property owners
  • Supervise rental agents and building superintendents to ensure smooth property operations
  • Coordinate implementation of repairs, maintenance, and renovations to ensure timely completion and within budget
  • Monitor progress and cost of work for property owners, providing regular updates and reports
  • Compile and maintain records on operating expenses and income, preparing expense and income reports as needed

Requirements:

  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in property management or a related field
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with ability to work under pressure
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
