About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Operations Manager - Gas Station to join our team at CIRCLE K GAS STATION. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our gas station site, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise staff, including apprentices, sales workers, and design team members, to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
  • Assign duties to sales workers, oversee their performance, and provide coaching and training as needed
  • Hire and train new staff or arrange for their training to meet business needs
  • Establish work schedules, manage inventory, and maintain accurate records
  • Analyze sales data, prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters, and make recommendations for improvement
  • Resolve customer complaints, supply shortages, and other issues that may arise
  • Organize and maintain inventory, supervise office staff, and conduct performance reviews
About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A strong understanding of retail operations, customer service, and team management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and coach staff
  • Proven experience in supervising teams, managing inventory, and analyzing sales data
  • Ability to work under pressure, think critically, and make sound decisions
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
