About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Shree Dhanlaxmi Inc. as a Restaurant Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Management: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
  • Inventory Management: Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage, and prepare and submit reports.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns, and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
  • Work Schedules: Establish methods to meet work schedules, and prepare food order summaries for chef.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise and check assembly of trays, supervise and check delivery of food trolleys, and establish work schedules.
Work Environment

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines and a combination of sitting, standing, walking, and physically demanding tasks.

Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years.
  • Work Setting: Food service establishment, on-site customer service, and fast food outlet or concession.
  • Supervision: 3-4 people, including food and beverage servers, food service counter attendants and food preparers, kitchen and food service helpers.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, combination of sitting, standing, walking, standing for extended periods, bending, crouching, kneeling, and physically demanding.
  • Personal Suitability: Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, flexibility, and team player.
