Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team at Burger King. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of dedicated employees.
Key Responsibilities:- Restaurant Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including managing inventory, controlling costs, and maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every guest has a positive experience and leaves the restaurant satisfied.
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of employees, providing guidance, support, and feedback to ensure they are equipped to deliver excellent service.
- Financial Management: Manage the restaurant's finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and controlling costs.
- Marketing and Promotion: Participate in marketing and promotional activities to drive sales and increase brand awareness.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong attention to detail.
