Job Summary

The Commercial Support Coordinator role at MacLean Engineering involves providing support to the commercial team, particularly in markets where Spanish is the primary language. This position requires strong organizational and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work closely with a cross-functional team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with sales, finance, and supply chain teams to aid in branch support.
  • Review and process daily service reports for technicians.
  • Create, sort, and enter service orders and invoices.
  • Support in the preparation of weekly service reporting.
  • Manage field service PO's with customers and service administrators.
  • Represent MacLean Engineering as a first point of contact with customers and ensure timely and satisfactory responses to requests for product, service, or technical support.
  • Prepare quotations and enter sales orders into MRP.
  • Enter warranty claims into portal.
  • Advise customers on status of warranty claims.
  • Aid in maintaining market-driven pricing methodology.

Qualifications

  • Minimum High School Diploma or Certificate of Completion.
  • Diploma or Degree in Commerce or a related discipline is preferred.
  • Sound organizational and problem-solving skills, close attention to detail, and ability to tolerate ambiguity and tight deadlines.
  • Ability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
  • Strong computer skills working with MS Office.
  • Strong interpersonal and analytical skills.
