Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Secco Hamilton. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for analyzing budget to boost and maintain the restaurant's profits, developing budget to determine cost of food, ingredients, alcohol, kitchen and cleaning supplies, and evaluating daily operations. You will also monitor revenues to determine labour cost, monitor staff performance, plan and organize daily operations, recruit staff, set staff work schedules, supervise staff, train staff, balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms, conduct performance reviews, cost products and services, organize and maintain inventory, address customers' complaints or concerns, and provide customer service. This is a permanent position with 30 to 40 hours per week. You will be working with a team of 5-10 people and will be required to communicate in English. If you have a College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years and 1 year to less than 2 years of experience, we encourage you to apply.
