Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Human Resources Lead to join our team at MSQ Enterprises Inc.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic HR plans to support the organization's goals and objectives
  • Lead the HR department in providing exceptional employee experiences, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to design and implement effective recruitment strategies
  • Maintain accurate records of employee data, benefits, and performance metrics
  • Evaluate and improve HR processes, procedures, and policies to enhance organizational efficiency
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in HR leadership roles
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities
  • Proven track record of successfully implementing HR initiatives and improving employee engagement
