About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and strategic HR leader to oversee the development and implementation of our human resources policies and programs. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for creating a positive and inclusive work environment that supports the growth and well-being of our employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement human resources policies and programs that align with the company's vision and goals.
  • Provide strategic advice and guidance to senior management on HR-related matters.
  • Lead the recruitment and selection process for senior leadership positions.
  • Manage and develop the HR team to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to support the business.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless and effective implementation of HR initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a senior HR leadership role.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful HR strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
