Job Overview

This 100% commission-only position offers unlimited earning potential, with your compensation based on the revenue generated from the events you sell and coordinate.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a proactive sales strategy specific to the Canada market for event services for both B2B and B2C
  • Identify potential clients and build relationships to generate new event sales opportunities
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process, focusing on closing deals and achieving individual sales targets
  • Collaborate with the events team to ensure seamless execution of all contracted events
  • Engage in marketplace analysis to identify trends and potential client needs
  • Create and deliver customized sales presentations to prospective clients
  • Track and report on sales performance, adjusting strategies as needed to meet objectives
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a similar discipline
  • Demonstrated track record in sales, particularly in the events or hospitality sectors
  • Strong persuasive negotiation skills with a proven ability to close sales
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building capabilities
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking software
  • Ability to operate independently, manage time efficiently, and meet deadlines
  • Attention to detail and a robust organizational approach to managing multiple accounts
  • A self-starter mentality, highly motivated by commission-driven opportunities
Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per yearBenefits
