Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Coffee Specialist to join our Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) team at Eataly North America. This role will play a key part in leading the coffee program, supporting day-to-day operations, and driving sales growth.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in coffee production, excellent communication skills, and experience in supervising teams. They must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and maintain high standards of quality and customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a steady presence on the floor, interacting with guests, team members, and vendors to ensure smooth operations and high hospitality standards.
  • Train, motivate, mentor, and organize QSR Baristas to achieve optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee the weekly recording of waste transfers from both caffès and ensure accurate inventory management.
  • Purchase supplies, beverages, and equipment as directed by the QSR General Manager and monitor inventory levels.
  • Manage transactions accurately and perform administrative duties such as scheduling when needed.
Requirements
  • High school graduate or equivalent; post-secondary degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of lead or supervisory experience in food service.
