Leon Cycle, a leading e-bike business established in Germany in 2014, has expanded its operations to over 10 countries across Europe, North America, and APAC. Our diverse product range includes mountain bikes, folding e-bikes, trekking e-bikes, and step-thru e-bikes, sold through our online website and E-Commerce platforms, as well as via dealers and retail stores worldwide.

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the position of Head of Supply Chain for North America. This key role will oversee management and leadership of Leon Cycle's operations, including demand planning, warehouse management, logistics, and after-sales customer service. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in supply chain operations and management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Management and leadership of Leon Cycle operations, including demand plan, warehouse and logistics, and after-sales customer service operations.
  • Business partnership with BD Managers and Retail Managers across North America to ensure efficient supply chain, domestic logistical issues, and warehouse operations support business sales growth.
  • Business partnership with the team in China to stay updated on incoming stocks and inventory, ensure full utilization of warehouse space, and maintain accurate inventory count.
  • Build, mentor, and lead a team of after-sales customer service support staff to handle customer inquiries from B2B (existing and new dealer enquiries) and B2C (online E-Commerce and online website enquiries), aiming for 5-star ratings and feedbacks.
  • Establish SOPs and protocols for the Customer Support team.
  • Manage technicians and all inventory returns, escalate critical returns/faults/product safety issues on a weekly and monthly report to the MD.
  • Perform other ad-hoc operations duties related to supply chain operations as needed.

Requirements:

  • 10-15 years of operations management and support experience with supply chain, logistics, warehouse, and after-sales customer support exposures.
  • Previous experience working for a retail/trading/E-Commerce business.
  • Proven ability to lead a team of 10-15 staff members.
  • English and Chinese fluency.
  • Ability to build, set up, direct, and manage a team of operational staff spanning warehouse, logistics, customer support, and administration.
  • Strong leader mindset with hands-on ability to handle daily execution if needed.
  • Experience working in a small to mid-size business with multi-tasking capabilities.

Salary Range:

$120,000 - $180,000 per annum, based on experience and qualifications.
