We're seeking an experienced Digital Experience Strategist to lead the development of CRM strategies, focusing on email and in-app personalization. This role will involve understanding business objectives to create execution plans for targeted initiatives, A/B testing, and campaign measurement.

The ideal candidate will become a subject matter expert in loyalty data and the marketing tech stack, collaborating with stakeholders across the organization to provide guidance and enforce best practices.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage personalization and A/B testing initiatives from start to finish
  • Define key segments and models for targeted campaigns
  • Support the creation of user journeys and creative briefs for design and copy production
  • Build measurement plans for tests and journeys, presenting regular reporting on program performance
  • Coordinate multifunctional teams including analytics, marketing, category, product, design, and legal
  • Research best practices in customer data, segments, web analytics, and advertising data
  • Provide input to the product roadmap for CRM tech and data integration

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of Marketing and CRM experience with a focus on personalization and/or A/B testing
  • Experience with SQL, JavaScript, HTML email authoring, CSS, and platforms like Braze or Adobe AEM
  • Practical experience with a Customer Data Platform (CDP) is an asset
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing practices and technology
  • Natural curiosity to use data and explore insights for continuous evolution of personalization efforts
  • Excellent knowledge of testing and targeting best practices
  • Ability to effectively communicate opportunities and recommendations to stakeholders
  • Critical thinking and priority setting skills
  • Organizational skills to handle multiple projects concurrently

Salary Range: $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience.
