About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at 2778344 ONTARIO INC. as a key member of our culinary team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Preparation: Develop and implement menus that meet the needs of our customers, ensuring high-quality dishes are prepared and presented to the highest standards.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and train kitchen staff, including cooks, sous chefs, and kitchen assistants, to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to perform their duties effectively.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels of food, supplies, and equipment, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that all dishes meet our high standards, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer feedback and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all kitchen staff are aware of and comply with health and safety regulations, and report any incidents or near-misses to management.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week
